Realism

I think realism was a good way for ordinary people to relate to it. It showed that romanticism wasn't actual, that it was more artistic and imaginative. Take drawings for example, you can tell the difference between a realism drawing and a romanticism drawing. The realism drawing can be something so ordinary like two women ironing. The romanticism drawing on the other hand, would be more artistic, a drawing of a nude woman for example.

I think realisim was a different point of view for people at that time. The only thing that I don't agree with too much is the fact that people such as Charles Darwin started thinking that there was no God and that man was the most powerful creature there was.
